DermaLastyl Cream Analysis and Review

If you’re looking for information, reviews, and analysis of the DermaLastyl product range, then this guide was written with you in mind. In this article, I’m going to show you the results of my research into this product line. Specifically, I searched for independent unbiased feedback from real users, and digged into the product research to find as much detail as possible. Here’s what I found.

Firstly, the range is created by the DermaPlus Inc company. The products claim to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, and even prevent future wrinkles from developing. It’s also received plenty of high profile publicity though a variety of media channels, especially television.

There’s several main products, which are all derived from the same basic formula, which is mainly designed to combat the loss of skin elastin using their patented Elastatropin ingredient.

The main product is the DermaLastyl B Face Cream. This contains Argireline to relax your facial muscles, Matrixyl 3000 for increased collagen production, and finally Hyaluronic Acid to moisturize your face. These ingredients are common in many of the top artificially created anti-wrinkle creams, so this is a promising sign that the cream may provide some results.

The DermaLastyl-E Eye Serum contains similar ingredients to the face cream, plus Elastatropin, which helps the skin to regenerate and prevent future wrinkles from forming.  The Eye Serum is designed to be milder than the face cream, as the eye area is much more sensitive to the powerful ingredients within the formula.

There is also a “Pro” version of the product, which costs more, but it’s slightly vague as to the benefits of this version. It’s presumed this is a stronger version, which may give quicker results.
Finally, there’s a DermaLastyl Facial Scrub Formula which finishes off the product range.

Ingredients wise, DermaLastyl is packed with over 30 ingredients. Many of the “best” wrinkle creams tend to come with fewer ingredients. It’s questionable whether all of these ingredients make a real difference, and whether they inhibit the effect of the true active ingredients.
As mentioned earlier, the main active ingredients are Matrixyl 3000, Argireline, and Hyualuronic Acid. All of these have shown to help with wrinkle reduction in studies.

It also contains Tropelastin, or Elastatropin as it is also called. This is designed to rebuild lost elastin in your skin. According to the DermaPlus website, it was originally designed by the military to help heal wounds faster. It’s a synthetic version of natural elastin.

The official site lists all of the ingredients in detail, which further information to explain the effects and benefits of each active ingredient. This is of great benefit, because this is not a “natural” product – so it’s useful to understand every ingredient that has been used, to check for any potential side effects.

So how do you use the DermaLastyl range of products?

This range claims to be very highly concentrated, which means you shouldn’t have to use vast amounts of the product to see results. You apply a small amount to your face using just the tips of two fingers. This should be all you use for your entire face with each application.

When it comes to price, DermaLastyl isn’t the cheapest, but it’s certainly not as expensive as some of the other well-known brands. It costs $89 for a 2 month supply of the main facial cream. The eye serum costs $29 for a 2 month supply, plus $8.95 to cover shipping fees. However, if you order over $70 at one time, you will qualify for free shipping.

There has been a clinical trial into the effectiveness of the product. This was conducted over a 12 week period, and it gave measurable results that show it is effective for wrinkle reduction. However, this trial was performed by the company itself. As the study was not independently verified, it can be difficult to completely trust the conclusions of such a study.
